The Healing Benefits of Hugging a Tree

The book “Blinded by Science” by Matthew Silverstone tells of the Sciendtific data showing trees inproving many health issues such as mental illness, ADHD, depression, alleviation of headaches, reaction time and concentration levels.

There is evidence of psychological and physiological improvement in health and well-being when people interact with plants and trees.

He explains that the vibrational pattern of a tree affects the various biological behaviors within the human body, bringing it into a healing alignment. Plants and trees facilitate the cleansing and revitalization of all stored-up negativity and stress humans experience and give it a place to be absorbed.
